Sacramental materials are made available exclusively to registered members as part of their voluntary donations in support of the Church.
2. No Sale of Controlled Substances
Mother Earth Mushroom Church does not sell, exchange, or commercially distribute psilocybin, psilocybin-containing mushrooms, or any other controlled substances. Any sacrament received through the Church is a gift in connection with a voluntary donation and is intended strictly for religious use by consenting members.
3. Membership & Consent
Participation in sacramental practices is strictly limited to Church members who:Are 21 years of age or older;Have voluntarily joined the Church;Acknowledge and accept the spiritual nature of sacramental use; andAssume all responsibility for their own choices and experiences.
4. Assumption of Risk
By participating in any sacramental practices or related activities, members acknowledge that there are potential physical, emotional, and psychological risks. Each member assumes full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and any outcomes resulting from participation. The Church, its directors, ministers, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind arising from the use of sacrament or participation in Church activities.
5. No Medical or Legal Advice
Nothing provided by the Church—including on this website, in communications, or during participation—should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Church does not provide medical, psychological, or legal services. Members are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for medical or legal concerns.
6. Compliance with Law
All members are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of their jurisdiction. The Church does not condone or encourage the misuse, unlawful possession, or distribution of any sacrament.

By joining the Church and/or making a donation, each member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mother Earth Mushroom Church, its officers, ministers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their participation in Church activities or sacramental use.
